摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain composition material with the high dielectric constant, low loss, low temperature coefficient of the dielectric constant, and good sintering property by adding the preset quantity of MnO to the main component containing preset quantities of BaO.xTiO2, Nd2O3, Sm2O3 respectively. CONSTITUTION:MnO 0-0.3wt.% is added to the main component made of BaO.xTiO2(x=3-5) 45-60mol%, Nd2O3 20-50mol%, and Sm2O3 2.5-30mol% (100mol% in total). Or PbO 50-90wt.%, ZnO 5-25wt.%, and SiO2 5-20wt.% are further added (100wt.% including MnO addition), and the added auxiliary component is made 5-20wt.%. This BaO.xTiO2-Nd2O3-Sm2O3 dielectric porcelain composition material has the high dielectric constant, low loss, and good sintering property. The baking temperature is lowered by 100-200 deg.C due to the added auxiliary component, and the temperature coefficient of the dielectric constant is further reduced.
