PURPOSE:To make it possible to exchange only information bits in every bit by attaching a communication link connection switching device to a line distributing stage in case of transmitting a time-sharing signal between a line concentrating stage control device and a line distributing stage control device. CONSTITUTION:Plural line concentrating stage control devices LNPs are connected to the line distributing stage, which consisting of plural communication control devices CCUs connected with time-sharing channel TSW, signal trunk ST and line distributing stage control device PR, with highway HW. Control and communication data between device LNP and device PR are transmitted while being inserted into the specific bit position of signal time slot TS including a HW monitor signal and so on. Communication link connection switching device SWU attached between trunk ST and plural CCUs sends information bits from CCUs to communication information high-way CHW while inserting them into the specific bit position of signal TS or, after extracting the information bits from the specific bit position, makes them enter into an optionally specified CCU. Thus, only the information bits can be exchanged in every bit and the same control information can be sent to plural HWs simultaneously. |
