PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature rise at the sealed part to the minimum and raise the temperature of the coldest part and improve colour rendering without injuring the life by forming the inner diameter of the lead tube at the end part which forms the coldest part in a luminous bulb to a fixed value or less. CONSTITUTION:The position of the amalgam surface is brought close to the center part by reducing the inner diameter of a heat-resisting electric lead bulb 4, and the temperature of the amalgam surface (accordingly the temperature of the coldest part) is raised. When the inner diameter of the lead bulb 4 is formed to 2mm. or less, the temperature of the coldest part rises, and high colour rendering can be obtained. |
