PURPOSE:To reduce the confusion of an extension subscriber by detecting only an overload at intervals of a constant period, by sending only this detection information to an originating control circuit and by automatically performing the originating regulation of the extension subscriber by steps. CONSTITUTION:Controller CC (not shown in the figure) of an exchange observes the efficiency of utilization of exchange processing at intervals of a constant period and, when the efficiency of utilization is over a constant value, sends originating regulation control information to originating regulation control circuit OCU. This circuit OCU is provided with time limit circuit TM, actuating relays ST-STB, and relays A-C operating as relays ST-STB operate. Then, the extent of the originating regulation is decreased by steps and through contacts of relays A-C, the originating regulation information is automatically sent to line frame device LF to reduce the confusion of the extension subscriber, thereby setting a stationary state smoothly during the releasing of the originating regulation. |
