PURPOSE:To improve the access effeciency at a file access time, by providing the file, which stores records consisting of plural items, correspondingly to each item to store one record into plural files separately. CONSTITUTION:A file is provided for every item, and information of each record is stored into plural files distributively. When an access is requested from terminals T1-Tn, the table (file) name to be accessed, the terminal number, access mode ACM and the record number are output from selecting circuit 3. The table name of the access, ACM and the record number corresponding to each terminal are stored in file access table 4; and at the access time, ACM from circuit 3 and table 4 are led into exclusive classification decision circuit 5. The output of circuit 5 is input to the exclusive control classification decision circuit, and the exclusive control condition corresponding to the request table name is output. At thie time, record numbers from circuit 3 and table 4 are compared in record name information comparator 9, and the propriety of the access is decided. |
