PURPOSE:To obtain the sanitary adsorbing agent which is easily handled and has various uses by using various alginates either alone or in combination thereof in a solid, a semisolid or a liquid form as the adsorbing agent. CONSTITUTION:Various alginate such as sodium alginate or potassium alginate is used either alone or in combination thereof as the adsorbing agent in the solid form such as a powder or a fibrous form, the semisolid form such as a gel like form or the liquid form such as a suspension or a solution. Because said adsorbing agent can be used in various using forms, it is easily handled and sanitary as well as an auxiliary material of white clay, silica gel or activated carbon. Therefore, said adsorbing agent has various uses as a tobacco filter or a deodorant of a refrigerator. |
