<p>PURPOSE:To perform heating or cooling within a short time at a necessary time, by a method wherein food to be treated is enclosed in a receiving body while a reactive agent is hermetically sealed and received in a container having flexibility and a slit is formed to the container by a protruding blade when pressing force is applied to the container to discharge the reactive agent into the bag from the container. CONSTITUTION:A temp. control agent 2, food 4 to be treated and water or other reactive agent 6 are together hermetically sealed in a plastic bag 1 having heat resistance in an individually separated state. These components are respectively received in a sheet 3 such as Japanese paper, a receiving body 5 such as a can and a container 7 having flexibility and usually safely received in the plastic bag 1 without generating reaction and made convenient in transport or storage. When heating or cooling is necessary, by pressing the container 7 having flexiblity so as to hold the plastic bag between fingers from the outside, a slit is easily formed to the container to discharge the water or reactive agent 6 in the container 7. This reactive agent 6 is brought into contact with the temp. control agent to generate heat or to perform cooling.</p> |
