PURPOSE:To obtain a voice input radio telegram device which registrates voice characteristics of various types as the reference pattern, by comparing the characteristics of voice input from a microphone with said reference pattern and transmitting the Morse code corresponding to recognized voice. CONSTITUTION:When voice is input from a microphone 1, the character of the voice is picked up at a character pickup means 2 to form the input pattern. This is stored in a pattern storage means 3. The stored input pattern and the reference pattern registrated in the reference pattern registrating means 4 are compared at the recognition processing means 5. The result of comparison and recognition is input to a Morse code generating means 7 to display the word corresponding to the input pattern on the display device 6 and to transmit it from a transmitter 8 as the Morse code. |
