PURPOSE:To facilitate on-site assembly and the trasport of a transformer by enabling the assembly without opening the inside thereof during the installation by means of a small cooler attached as a result of further division utilizing a reinforcing material for a tank in an insulating medium-sealed transformer. CONSTITUTION:Outside a tank made up of a case for housing a transformer body comprising an iron core 9 and a winding 10 and an insulating gas and a side cover 12, reinforcing members 13a and 13d are welded so as to withstand a greater pressure during the vacuum deairing. These members 13a-13d are so provided in plurality as required to make the inside thereof hollow and the upper member 13a and the lower member 13b among them are divided with an intermediate partition 23 while the hollow section is communicated into the tank through openings 18 and 19. Cooling units each comprising a cooling fan 14, a blowing pump 15 and the like is mounted to the members 13c and 13d. This allows the assembly without opening the transformer during the installation thereby simplifying the assembly and transporting job. |
