PLUG FOR ELECTRIC INITIATORS

摘要

Resin plug for an electric initiator has an insulating resin part(I) and an electricaly conductive resin part(II). (II) has a dia. smaller than that of (I) and is positioned inside(II) in contact with(I), and lead wires of the initiator penetrate through(II). (II) comprises as a major resin component a thermoplastic resin(III) having a melting or softening point of >=150≦̸C, and as a minor resin component >=1 other thermoplastic resin(IV), for improving the processability of the compsn., and carbon black. The vol. resistivity of the electrically conductivity resin is 5Ωcm-100kΩcm. (III) is e.g. polypropylene or nylon 610 and (IV) is e.g. an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The plug has high resistance to static electricity.
