<p>PURPOSE:To enable automatic music selection in a shorter time than before by running a tape at a very high speed until an inter-music gap one field before a desired piece of music and then by running it at a normal speed after it is detected. CONSTITUTION:To terminal H or shift register 8, a reproduced signal from reproducing head 9 is inputted and to terminal A, solenoid circuit 17 is connected. The output of terminal B is led to transistors 26 and 27 of time constant circuit 28 and motor circuit 3. To reproduce the piece of music preceding by six fields throug this constitution, the 6th light emission diode 156 is turned on by preset switch 14 and the very-high-speed reproduction mode is set. In this state, register 8 counts down, one by one, with an inter-music no signal from head 9 and, when detecting it five times, holds terminal B at level L to turn off transistors 26 and 27, so that the tape will be placed in normal fast-forwarding mode. Then when the inter-music gap of the desired piece of music is detected, solenoid 18 is fed with electric current to start the reproduction of the desired piece of music. Thus, music selection can be performed in a short time.</p> |
