PURPOSE:To utilize the heat of a magnetron effectively by forming an antenna feeder with a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:Antenna feeders 19 are led out alternately from a plurality of veins 3, and the leading edge of each antenna feeder 19 is secured to the leading edge of the output section 18. Consequently microwave and the heat due to anode loss are simultaneously radiated from the output section 18 into an oven 1. Consequently the surface and the interior of the object in the oven 1 are simultaneously heated. |
