<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the high-voltage transformer which is compact, light weight and highly reliable, by insulating the central leg of a shell-type core, and winding the secondary winding with the higher potential side as the beginning part of the winding. CONSTITUTION:The shell-type core is constituted by E-shaped cores 12 and 13. A synthetic resin bobbin 15 is wound around the central leg, and the primary winding 16 and the secondary winding 17 are wound side by side. From the higher potential side 18 of the winding 17, the winding work is started. In this constitution, the stray capacitance on the higher potential side 18 can be reduced, thus the efficiency of the transformer can be increased. Since the secondary winding can be wound around the bottom part and the primary winding can be provided on the winding whose surface is flat, the working becomes easy.</p> |
