<p>The appliance for training for cross-country ski-ing consists of two elastic cords (1) attached by hooks (2) to an eye-bolt (3) screwed into the wall near the floor. A pulley block (4) with two pulleys is attached by hooks (2) to a second eye-bolt (6) which is fixed to the wall at head height vertically above the lower bolt (3). The cords (1) pass around these pulleys and are then attached to hand grips (7). The user pulls alternately on each cord and stretching them, so simulating the motions of a skier using his ski sticks.</p> |
