PURPOSE:To provide the titled grouting material which has a long gel time, a low initial viscosity and good permeability, excels in workability, is nontoxic and does not pullute surrounding ground, by a method wherein sodium silicate is used as a main agent, and boric acid and phosphoric acid are used as gelling agents. CONSTITUTION:Sodium silicate (a) is used as a main agent. A boric acid cpd. (b) such as boric acid or borax and a phosphoric acid cpd. (c) such as sodium phosphate or sodium pyrophosphate are used together as gelling agents. The gelling agents are blended with the main agent to obtain the desired grouting material. As the sodium silicate, a special water glass having the compsn. of Na2OnSiO2 (wherein n is about 3.95+ or -0.1) is preferred. |
