PURPOSE:To reduce vibration of plate, by detecting the vibration of the plate under such a state as it is used actually, and forming metal-sprayed paddings at parts of the plate where the density of fringes in the form of a fringe pattern formed by the loops and knodes of vibration, in a direction perpendicular to the fringes. CONSTITUTION:A plate 10 is clamped by a clamping means 11 is such a manner as it is used actually, and a hologram is drawn by recording interference fringes of reference light R and light F from plate 10 on a photographic plate 12. By use of the regenerated light on the hologram, displacement at various parts of plate 10 caused by vibration is recorded by the contrast of the interference fringes. Those portions where the density of the interference fringes is high represents parts where the displacement by vibration is large. Therefore, vibration of the plate 10 can be reduced by forming ribs of metal padding by metal spraying at the parts where the density of the interference fringes is high, i.e., the intervals between adjacent fringes are small, in a direction perpendicular to the fringes. |
