PURPOSE:To obtain a suitable detector for an X-ray tomographic equipment by forming each semiconductor radiation detecting element on plural mounting bases wherein detachable connector pieces are inserted in positive and negative side electrodes provided on the elements. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor radiation detecting elements 1 (11, 12) are fixed on mounting bases 2 (21, 22) respectively. Positive side electrode conductors 3a (3a1, 3a2) provided on the elements 1 are taken out up to the inserting end sections of connector pieces 5 (51, 52) on the surfaces of the mounting bases 2. Negative side electrode conductors 3b (3b1, 3b2) are also taken out up to the insertion sections of the connector pieces 5 at the rear sides through holes provided on the mounting bases 2. Extention sections locating at the front sections of the elements 1 are also provided on the mounting bases 2 and collimator plates 4 (41, 42) are arranged at the rear sides of the extention sections. Independent contacting conductors 5a (5a1, 5a2) and 5b (5b1, 5b2) are provided on the connector pieces 5 respectively through insulators 50 (501, 502) and the conductors 5a, 5b are inserted in the mounting bases 2. |
