<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a wide and stable working range while keeping working efficiency high by dividing a lift tray device into a vapor-liquid mixing section and a liquid-flowing down section. CONSTITUTION:In a closely arranged perforated floor plates, the upper perforated floor plate 4 covers any one of the central part or peripheral part of the lower perforated floor plate 2 in a vertically movable manner, and the section with the movable perforated floor plate is provided with a comparatively large holes 5, whereas the perforated section without the movable perforated floor plate is provided with the small holes 3. Thus, gas mostly passes through the section with small passing resistance, where vapor and liquid are mixed together mainly. In the other section, liquid on the floor plate becomes able to pass through the holes because of less passage of gas and therefore, goes down therethrough.</p> |
