Seamless large surface concreting formwork - has rough homogeneous wear layer and composite inlay on smooth support layer

A nailed wood-type and/or foamed plastics core layer (1) has edge rounded sections (3) with edge reinforcement (4) and abutting face reinforcement (6) on them. The system is used in wide-area formwork without seams. A smooth-surfaced support layer (9) contains a full-surface homogeneous, rough, surface-expanding wearing layer (10) extending over the edge reinforcement, together with an upward-built composite inlay (11), comprising a combination of hardening, puttying and separating media, with hardness diminishing towards the wearing layer surface. Rough or worn formwork material can be coated and repaired on site, and high-quality concrete surface is ensured.
