PURPOSE:To prevent damage, distortion, and so on of the original itself, by fixing the original on the original table and by moving the picture read part to read the original. CONSTITUTION:Unit main body 15 is provided with an arc-shaped transparent original stand with O as the center. Rotary material 14 which is supported by support shaft O and rotates with the support shaft as the center is provided with light source 7 such as a fluorescent lamp, the read means consisting of optical fiber 8 and image sensor 11, and picture read processing circuit 13 which processes the signal from this read means. Support shaft O is provided with rotating gear 19 which is made into one body together with support shaft O, and this gear rotates rotary material 14 in the arrow C direction and the reverse direction by stepping motor 20, thus reading the original. |
