The coupling loops are applied to cylindrical high frequency transformer elements with bores parallel to their longitudinal axes, particularly for GHz range. The transformer elements (A) are arranged one behind the other with aligned centre axes and the axes of their longitudinal bores (1). After this alignment a conductive wire (2) is axially guided through one or several longitudinal bores, the free wire ends being stranded together. Then this wire bundle is severed into approximately identical length sections for each transformer element. Finally the stranded wire ends are galvanically interconnected, preferably by dip soldering. This production process provides a safe and simple procedure.
|
