PURPOSE:To simplify greatly the circuit constitution as well as ensure a suited application to the monolithic semiconductor IC, by constituting all parts with the bipolar transistors. CONSTITUTION:The analog switch input circuit consists of the pnp transistor Q1 in which the collector is connected to the earth potential OV with the analog input V1 applied to the base plus the npn transistor Q2 in which the emitter is connected to the emitter of the Q1 and the output is obtained through the collector with the base used as the switching control input C1. Then the analog switch input circuits Q3 and Q4 plus Q5 and Q6, etc. of the similar constitution of the above-mentioned input circuit are arranges in parallel, and the constant current circuit I1 is provided with the common output. At the same time, the voltage comparator circuit is formed with the pnp differential pair transistors Q9 and Q10, the npn transistors Q11 and Q12 plus the circuit I1 each. The analog switch circuit has a simple constitution, and the voltage comparator circuit can be used in common to a number of analog switch circuits. As a result, the constitution of the circuit can be simplified greatly. |
