PURPOSE:To obtain a privacy transmission system difficult to decode even for interception, by transmitting run length encoded data in the order different from the original order and by adding random numbers to addresses corresponding to individual data to transmit data. CONSTITUTION:Original run length encoded data is classified to generate a classification run length encoded data file where data of the same contents are collected, and this file is stored in memory 10. Address data indicating the original order of respective data in this file are arranged in the same order as respective data to generate an addres data file, and this file is stored in memory 11. Gate 14 is opened by the signal from terminal 17 to transmit data from memory 10 from output terminal 19. Exclusive OR between data of memory 11 and the output from random number generating part 12 is operated in 13, and random numbers are added to this data, and gate 15 is opened by the signal from terminal 18 to transmit this data from terminal 19. In the receiving side, the same random numbers as the transmission side are used to decode address data, and run length coded data can be restored on a basis of this address data. |
