PURPOSE:To obtain a diazo copying material capable of forming a high density image and having improved fading resistance by using a specified polymer material to form a precoat layer on a support. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion of PVC having about 80-150 deg.C film forming temp. is applied to a support and dried to form an about 0.5-5g/m<2> (on dry basis) precoat layer. The PVC may be internally plasticized with acrylic acid ester. A diazo photosensitive liq. is then applied to the precoat layer and dried to form an about 0.1- 2g/m<2> (on dry basis) diazo photosensitive layer. Thus, a copying material is obtd. |
