<p>A fuel system for supplying an air-fuel mixture to an engine includes an air-fuel mixture system (24) for generating a first and second mixture of fuel and air. The first mixture comprises a mixture of air with a first fuel having a relatively high temperature drop upon vaporization and the second mixture comprises a mixture of air with a second fuel. A compressor means (44) is mounted between the air-fuel mixture system (24) and an engine (22) and compresses the air-fuel mixture delivered from the air-fuel mixture system to the engine. A control structure (220) controls the operation of the air-fuel mixture system such that the ratio of the second air-fuel mixture to the first air-fuel mixture may be varied. </p> |
