PURPOSE:To stamp a heat sealer material without cutting on a convex die by providing a stamping convex die for stamping letters and patterns consisting of an elastic material on a stamp block opposite to a heater through a shock absorber. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon heater 5 given between terminals 4 is arranged on an insulating Teflon tape 3 sticked on the surface of a bearer 1 provided on a unit frame 2, and a Teflon tape 6 is sticked thereon. A stamping convex die 9 consisting of silicone rubber with a window 9a provided at the center is sticked on the bottom of a stamp block 7 moving vertically which is provided opposite to the bearer 1 through a shock absorber 8 like sponge rubber, and a rubber type 10 is fitted in the window 9a. Then, a heat sealer material consisting of plastic is placed on the tape 6 heated by a heater 5, the convex die 9 is depressed onto the sealer material by moving the stamp block 7 downward, thereby sealing a and stamping b simultaneously. |
