PURPOSE:Various kinds of vegetable materials as the major component and animal materials as the minor component are mixed and the mixture is boiled in water and subjected to instantaneous freeze-vacuum drying to form porous and powdery particles, thereby producing titled food product simultaneously containing vitamins, minerals and enzymes. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of vegetable materials as the major component such as mashroom, malt, grape, adlay, 'natto' (fermented soybean), carrot, raddish, various sea weeds, fruits or vegetables and animal materials as the minor component, such as shell, fish, animal meat are mixed and stirred. Then, the mixture is boiled in water for about 1-2hr at about 100-120 deg.C to give a colloidal extract solution. The solution is subjected to instantaneous freeze-vacuum drying to form a powder, thereby producing the extract preparation. The extract preparation shows no side-effects even when administered every day, thus being good for keeping health. |
