The multi-purpose kitchen machine, to which various implements are fitted, incorporates a stand (12) on the side of which is a drive unit (13) which can pivot on a horizontal axis. The drive unit (13) has an electric motor inside a housing. It also includes a transmission unit with several power take-off points. The stand (12) has a circular projection (15) on the inside of which is a slide piece (18) in which are several stop pins (17). The slide piece (18) can be moved with the aid of a release button (19) on the stand (12).
