PURPOSE:To detect the temperature of material to be heated accurately by making the temperature detector wireless in such a manner that the high frequency from the oscillator through the gun effect element is received with the antenna provided facing the opening of the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The oscillating antenna 2 is fixed on the conductor 1 for electrostatic shield having a slender temperature sensor section at the end thereof. It radiates high frequency to the opening of the heating chamber through a gun effect element. The frequency is received outside the chamber with the antenna 18 through a hole 10 on the heating chamber. |
