<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the increase in the input current at the falling of the input voltage and to quicken the switching speed by providing a switching transistor(TR) and a switch means controlling the switching in response to a logic value of an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:A switch means S1 applies switching control to a TR T10 in response to the logic value of an output voltage. With an input voltage coming to an input terminal 3 falling from H to L, a TR T2 is turned off, TRs T5, T6 are turned on the TRs T6, T7 are turned off respectively, an output voltage V0 goes to L, the switch means S1 is turned off to cut off a TR T10. Thus, the steady-state input current with the input voltage at an L level is only a base current of the TR T2 and a current path added to the base input current of the invert TR T2 does not exist, then the input current is reduced.</p> |
