METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF 2-CARBOXY-3-[2-(DIMETHYLAMINO)-ETHYL]- -N-METHYL-1H-INDOLE-5-METHANE SULFONEAMIDE

FIELD: chemical technology, organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: 2-carboxy-3-[2-(di- -methylamino)-ethyl]-N-methyl-1H-indole-5-methane sulfoneamide is synthesized by interaction of 2-carboalkoxy-3-(2-tosylhydr- -oxyethyl)-N-methyl-1H-indole-5-methane sulfoneamide with dimethylamine alcoholic solution followed by saponification of obtained product. The indicated compound can be used as an intermediate substance for synthesis of 3-[2-(dimethylamino)- -ethyl] -N-methyl-1H-indole-5-methane sulfoneamide showing valuable therapeutical property and using for migraine treatment.
