Pneumatic tyre for automobile with carcass and belt reinforcement - has gas venting strips extending towards outer skin

Threadlike or cable-like load bearing details are provided in a vehicle tyre, esp. for the formation of a carcase and/or a belt reinforcement in the zenith zone of the tyre. Gas venting strips or gas venting threadlike elements are also provided and these lead with their one end to or into the neighbourhood of the outer skin of the tyre. The end of these elements turned away from the outer skin is locaed in or on the proximity of the load bearing details. This layout overcomes the restrictions of those in which the positioning of the gas vents can only be effected in the proximity of the load bearing details of the tyre, without prejudice to the efficiency of the venting of gas.
