<p>PURPOSE:An aqueous ink for jet printing, having excellent adhesion to glass surfaces, including as a vehicle, a mixture of lithium silicate and an emulsion of an organic synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (A) lithium silicate and (B) an emulsion of an oranic synthetic resin, is used as a vehicle. The vehicle comprises 100pts.wt. of (A) and 250-1,000pts.wt. of the resin contained in (B). Examples of (A) include compounds represented by the formula Li2O.SiO2 wherein n is pref. 4-8, and examples of the resin in (B) include vinyl acetate resins, styrene/butadiene resins and acrylic resins.</p> |
