PURPOSE:To obtain a light plastic netlike pipe having sufficient buoyancy even with shells sticking thereto in the sea and so fitted for floating artificial fish-gathering places and the like by combining and connecting hollow plastic strands with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plastic strand 1 a part or the whole of which is hollow is laid in a zigzag line and, preferably, in the longitudinal direction, being combined with one another and connected at the crossing part 2, preferably, by fusing, thus to form a netlike pipe. In addition, when the pipe is used as a floating artificial fish- gathering place, the buoyancy thereof is increased by blocking up both ends of the strand. |
