PURPOSE:To allow an information processor, using plural LSI defective chips of the same kind, to generate a correct processing output equal to that of a normal single-body LSI chip, by making use of the principle of majority decision. CONSTITUTION:When input signal S is input to input device 1, the same signals S1, S2 and S3 are supplied from its output to inputs of defective chips 31, 32 and 33. A logic output among signals S1, S2 and S3 supplied to corresponding chips 31, 32 and 33 is supplied to majority-deciding circuit 4 to make a majority decision. For example, the output of majority-deciding circuit 4 has a defective logic output suppressed because of the principle of two to one and only normal outputs are sent to multiplexer 5. |
