PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency, reduce the danger, and to improve the accuracy of grinding operation by making a plate which performs circular operation contact with a ring. CONSTITUTION:A bearing case 8 is driven by a balance wheel 4 having an eccentric shaft 13 and driven by a driving shaft 1 and moves along a circular passage. The circumference of a plate 6 incorporated into the bearing case 8 turns along the inner surface of a ring 9. The outer surface of the plate 6 and the inner surface of the ring 9 may be formed of gear teeth. A grinding material 11 is fixed to the bearing case 8 by screws 12. Accordingly, the grinding material 11 turns about the driving shaft 1 and simultaneously moves along a circular passage about the eccentric shaft 13 at a ratio of between 1/10-1/20 relative to the rotation about the driving shaft 1. |
