<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate color change and recovery by a mechanism wherein a color change booth, whose lower portion is connected to a cyclone, is mounted into a painting chamber in an exchange-free shape. CONSTITUTION:Paints are sprayed by using a painting gun when a body to be painted 3 is fed to the front of the color change booth 6 previously installed into a painting chamber 1. When painting by pulverulent bodies with different hues, the color change booth 6 may be replaced with a spare. When the quantity of painting is comparatively little and pulverulent bodies need not be recovered, the painting work may be done only in the painting chamber in the same manner as a conventional method without using the color change booth 6. A cyclone 5 connected to the color change booth is employed for recovering and reusing the pulverulent bodies, and recovery percentage is further improved because a slit for suction is mounted to the color change booth 6.</p> |
