PURPOSE:To form the horn having excellent radiation performance quickly and easily, by the constitution that the cone section having fins and grooves can be divided into a plurality number toward circular direction or circular and lengthwise direction. CONSTITUTION:The cone section 10 with corrugation having fins 4 and grooves 5 on the inner wall surface is divided in many numbers toward circular direction or circular and lengthside directions, to constitute the corrugated plate 11, and it is made with molding machining which molds metal or plastic material into a mold. Further, if plastic material is used, metal coating is made on the surface with a suitable method. The plates 11 with this constitution are combined in a given number to constitute the cone by linking the rim provided at both the ends with bolts, thereby constituting the corrugated cone horn. Thus, the horn having excellent radiation performance can quickly and easily be obtained. |
