PURPOSE:To enable further remote measurement and to exclude the effect of background, by linking the ionization chamber and measuring section with flexible pipe and providing the circuit erasing the indication value with the background at the measuring section. CONSTITUTION:The measuring section 10 is covered with the casing 12 having the ammeter A and grip 11. The ionization chamber 20 is mounted at a remote position via the flexible wiring cover pipe 30. The pipe 30 is linked removably with the ionization chamber 20 and the measuring section 10, and if measurement is made at further remote location than flexible permissible range, another pipe can be used. Further, the radiant ray rate and dose can be measured by the change-over of the circuit. The switch to erase the indication value with background is provided at the measuring section 10 and remote operation is possible at hand.
