R2 is H; or R1 and R2 form a double bond; R3 is H; 3-8C cycloalkyl, 1-20C alkyl opt. contg. 2 OH gps. or 2-6C hydroxyalkyl substd. on the H of the OH gp. by 3-8c cycloalkyl 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C hydroxyalkyl or hydroxyalkoxy-alkyl (alkoxy gp. is 2-6C and alkyl is 1-6C); R4-7 are H, 1-6C alkyl or halogen, >=1 thienyl-(3) gp. must be present if R3 is unsubstd. 1-6C alkyl.</p> |
