SOLUTION: Step-time measuring means 103-1, 103-2 measure the time required for respective steps measured by tact measuring means 101-1, 101-2 for measuring the tact of an assembly device and executed by a ladder program, a data collection part 106 collects obtained data, an abnormal tact deciding means 107 determined whether the measured tact exceeds a threshold (prescribed value), and when the means 107 decides that the tact exceeds the threshold, an abnormal tact frequency decision means 108 generates an alarm to respective alarm output means 110-1, 110-2 on the basis of the number of times of deciding the excess of the threshold and displays the data of time required for respective steps on an alarm output means 111.</p> |
