PURPOSE:To improve the vibration resistance and heat resistance by closing the entire inside of the stator with glass composite body after the coil is put into the slot of the stator core and both the outer circumference and the end part are surrounded by the stator frame. CONSTITUTION:The conductor 9 that is covered with glass sleeve is put into the slot 8 of the stator core 1 to make up the coil 10, the surroundings is surrounded by the stator frame 13 that consists of the side plate 11 and the end ring 12, glass complex is injected from the slot aperture into both the slot 8 and the internal space 14 of the stator and is sintered. The glass complex is made of a mixture of magnesia of proper grain size, which is aggregate, and flint glass. In this way, the operation process can be made easy and a stator with good vibration and heat resistances can be obtained. |
