The present invention discloses a display device. The display device includes a display panel and a module at the back side of the display panel; the module includes a back plate and a mold frame which is provided between the back plate and the display panel; the display device further includes a magnetic device; and the display panel and the mold frame are attached to each other and detached from each other by the magnetic device. In the present invention, the display panel is fixedly attached to the mold frame of the module through a magnetic field, avoiding the problem that the display panel is unable to be detached from the module when they are fixed with a double-sided adhesive, so as to achieve the effect that the display device is frameless while facilitating subsequent maintenance.
