The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-pressure flange. More specifically, the flange manufactured by the method is installed on connection parts connecting pipes in various ships and plant industries to connect the pipes. In particular, the flange is installed on pipes letting a high-pressure fluid flow therethrough. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method, which is for manufacturing a high-pressure flange connecting pipes for conveying a high-pressure fluid, includes the steps of: forming a through-hole (12) of the center of a disk (10); forming a sloped surface (14) on the inner surface of the through-hole (12) formed on the disk (10); forming an oblique surface (22) on a front surface corner part of a round rod (20) which is to be inserted into the through-hole (12) of the disk (10); rotating the disk (10) and pressing and rolling the round rod (20) to friction-weld the disk (10) and the round rod (20); drying the friction-welded disk (10) and the round rod (20) at a room temperature for 24 hours; forming another through-hole (28) penetrating the disk (10) and the round rod (20); and cutting and machining the outer surface of the flange manufactured through the previous steps and forming a coupling hole (29) thereon. |
