<p>PURPOSE:To obtain accurate operation at the comparatively slow decceleration by incorporatedly forming the shaft and the contacting part of the diaphragm of the deccelerating valve and leaving a gap between the shaft and the valve. CONSTITUTION:When the throttle valve 3 is suddenly closed, the deccelerating valve pulls out and opens the valve 10 resisting the spring 11 as the strong negative pressure acts upon the air outlet 8 to conduct air from the air passage 7 to the downstream of the throttle valve 3 to reduce the suction negative pressure. At this time, the shaft 15 is moved rightward by the diaphragm 21 shifted by decompression in the negative pressure chamber 16 at the begining of decceleration to encourage the said valve 10 open. At the deccelerating valve of such constitution, the shaft 15 is fixed at the center part of the diaphragm 21, and a gap (d) is left between the top of the shaft 15 and the valve 10. By doing so, the operation at the negative pressure fluctuation can be prevented, and the accurate motion can be obtained at slow decceleration.</p> |
