摘要 PURPOSE:To improve extremely printing speed, by establishing a magnetic fluid keeping part for keeping magnetic fluid, a magnet so arranged as to oppose to an exposed surface of the magnetic fluid, and a driving part for supplying current intermittently to a Meissner effect member arranged between this magnet and the exposed surface of the magnetic fluid. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature of a superconducting plate 13 is cooled to be not higher than Curie point prior to printing operation, line GP of magnetic force emitted from a permanent magnet 12 is shielded with the superconducting plate 13. Therefore, magnetic fluid 15 in a fine hole 10 of a nozzle part 11 does not extrude from a top surface of the nozzle part 11. When current of not less than critical current is supplied to the superconducting plate 13 from a driving part 14 under this state, since the superconducting plate 13 comes not to indicate superconduction, the Meissner effect of the superconducting plate 13 disappears, and the line GP of magnetic force emitted form the permanent magnet 12 reaches a nozzle part 11 side without being shielded with the superconducting plate 13. The magnetic fluid 15 rises to protrude from the top surface of the nozzle part 11, and is adhered onto recording paper 16 inserted between the nozzle part 11 and the superconducting plate 13.
