发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THERMOOSENSING ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a thermo-sensing element in which the direction of easy magnetization deflects at the transition temperature by the method wherein fine particles are heated by using a high frequency coil above the transition temperature but below Curie point in the orientation or pressure pulverizing process. CONSTITUTION:Material is metal in an inert atmosphere at 1300-1500 deg.C by arc or induction melting. The resultant ingot is pulverized nearly into the size of single magnetic domain particles and the particles are formed under pressure. The pressure forming is operated at a temperature above the transition temperature. At this time, a magnetic field is applied to the fine particles so as to align their magnetic orientations. The particles are sintered and heat treated at a high temperature of 1,000 deg.C or above, and thereby disk 1 is obtained. Before or after switching a valve from outside, magnetic field H is applied to disk 1 in the direction of right angle to the central axis XY. When disk 1 shows deflection in its direction of easy magnetization from base P to A of the axis C, disk 1 rotates about the axis XY. When a deflection is made from A to P, it rotates in the opposite direction.
