PURPOSE:To accurately discriminate the direction of a target with a simple construction by processing predetermined difference of two sets of Doppler signals. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of Doppler signals produced upon detection of moving targets displaced at pi/2 or the like in phase by a phase shift controller 5 of a Doppler detector 2 are generated from mixers 3, 4, respectively. One Doppler signal is processed through a pi/2 phase shifter and through a differential amplifier 8, a rectifier 9 and an integrating circuit 10 at the Doppler signal of the same phase. Thus, the moving direction of the target can be accurately discriminated in response to the positive or negative of the Dc output averaged together with its speed without comparing the phases of the two sets of the Doppler waves with a simple construction. |
