PURPOSE:To produce the small quantities of polyurethane resin, etc. of various kinds cheaply by a mechanism wherein a means for continually washing a raw material changing-over means, a mixing chamber, pipings, etc. with a solvent is appropriately disposed when mixing curing resin raw material injected into a mold. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing polyurethane resin, etc., raw material A, B of two kinds are mixed by means of a mixer 5 through pumps 3, 4 and change-over valves V1, V2 and injected into a metal mold 6 through a washing liquid change-over valve V3. In this case, washing liquid storage tank 7 and a pump 8 are mounted, the raw material A, B is circulated through the through holes 1'-4' of the change-over valves V1, V2 by means of the pumps 3, 4 before mixing the raw material A, B, and a washing liquid S circulates through and washes portions among the through holes 3', 2' of the said valves V1, V2 and pipings and the through hole 2' portion, a discharge port to the metal mold 6, through the pump 8 and the change-over valve V3. When the raw material A, B is injected into the metal mold 6 through the mixing tank 5 and the through holes 1', 2' of the valve V3, this apparatus is formed in such a manner that the washing liquid S is circulated through the through holes 4', 5' of the valve V3. This apparatus eliminates the need for conventional, complicated washing operation at every change-over of work, and also improves the loss of raw material and environmental pollution by a solvent. |
