The winding proposed according to the invention has six output leads A6, B6, C6, A4, B4 and C4 and contains a number of coil sections which is a multiple of 36 with a ratio between the number of poles of 2p1:2p2 = 6:4, which coil sections are unevenly distributed over coil section groups, which form winding phases consisting of half- phases, where p1, p2 signify the number of pole pairs for the lower and higher rotational speed, respectively. The coil sections of the winding according to the invention are distributed among fourteen coil section groups 101- 114, wherein the number of coil sections in each group 101-114, starting from the first group 101, is determined in accordance with a number series: 4K, 1K, 2K, 2K, 1K, 4K, 4K, 4K, 1K, 2K, 2K, 1K, 4K, 4K. The first and fourth groups of coil sections 101, 104 are coupled in the first half-phase of the first phase, while the eighth and eleventh groups of coil sections 108, 111 are coupled into the second half-phase of the first phase and the tenth and thirteenth groups of coil sections 110, 113 are coupled into the first half-phase in the second phase, whose second half-phase is formed by the third and sixth groups of coil sections 103, 106. The first and second half-phases of the third phase are formed by the fifth, seventh and ninth groups 105, 107, 109 and respectively the twelfth, fourteenth, and second groups 112, 114, 102 of coil sections.
